Salt have partnered with a world class luxury automotive brand looking for a Brand Experience Specialist to assist with Events and Marketing. Job Responsibility
Plan, manage, and execute premium events and brand experiences across New Zealand, while supporting projects led by the Australia team
Coordinate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, suppliers, partner brands, and dealer networks
Scout venues, manage logistics, and oversee on‑site event delivery, including occasional evening and weekend work
Support sponsorships and activations, assisting with execution until fully confident to take ownership
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure events are delivered to a high standard
Balance multiple projects at once, navigating changing deadlines, high‑volume periods, and diverse stakeholder expectations
Requirements
5+ Years experience in event management or as a senior event coordinator
High resilience and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines autonomously
Tertiary qualification in commerce, events, marketing, or a related discipline
Must hold a full NZ Drivers License
Excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable with Domestic or International Travel (2-3 times per year)
Only candidates already based in New Zealand and hold valid working rights
