As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments. The Senior Producer is responsible for the successful delivery of a major live entertainment production from pre-production through opening and into show operations. Acting as the senior production lead, they own the planning, budgeting and execution of the production, ensuring it is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest creative and operational standards. The Senior Producer serves as the primary decision maker for the production, providing leadership across Production, Creative, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Logistics while managing relationships with production partners, licensors, venues and suppliers. They are responsible for identifying and mitigating delivery risks, driving cross-functional alignment and ensuring the successful execution of the production, escalating only strategic or unresolved issues to the Executive Producer.
Job Responsibility
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the production from pre-production through opening and operational handover
Act as the senior production lead and principal decision maker throughout the project lifecycle
Provide leadership across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines and delivery priorities
Identify, assess and mitigate production risks, escalating strategic issues where required
Ensure the production is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in line with creative, operational and brand standards
Build strong relationships with production partners, venues, licensors and key stakeholders throughout delivery
Develop and own the overall project delivery strategy, programme and critical path
Maintain detailed project plans and oversee progress across all workstreams
Lead collaboration between Production, Creative, Technical and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
Oversee the delivery of site-specific adaptations, infrastructure and creative elements while protecting the integrity of the overall production
Ensure production readiness across all departments ahead of opening
Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments and delivery recommendations to the Executive Producer
Own the production budget from planning through project close-out
Monitor financial performance and ensure delivery within approved budgets
Lead commercial negotiations with production partners and key suppliers
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and maximise value without compromising quality
Approve production expenditure and ensure robust financial governance throughout the project
Develop and manage project cash flow forecasts alongside Finance and Treasury
Produce regular financial reporting, including forecasts, risks and variance analysis for senior leadership
Serve as the primary production contact for external production partners throughout planning and delivery
Build collaborative relationships across internal departments to drive efficient decision making
Work alongside Marketing to facilitate media events, PR activations and launch activities
Partner with Legal, Finance and Logistics to ensure contractual, commercial and operational readiness
Ensure all suppliers, contractors, insurance and logistics arrangements are in place to support successful delivery
Support the transition from project delivery into live operations
Act as the primary production contact for operational matters following opening
Evaluate, cost and oversee any production enhancements or modifications during the operational period
Ensure all production changes are appropriately reviewed, approved and implemented
Support continuous operational improvement throughout the show's run
Deliver comprehensive post-project reviews covering financial performance, production delivery, operational outcomes and lessons learned
Capture and share best practices to improve future productions
Maintain clear project documentation throughout all stages of delivery
Requirements
Significant experience producing large-scale live entertainment, immersive experiences, exhibitions, touring productions or major events
Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-million-pound productions from concept through opening
Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
Extensive budget ownership and commercial management experience
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Excellent project planning, scheduling and programme management capabilities
Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to make informed decisions within fast-paced and high-pressure production environments
Willingness to travel and work flexibly during key production periods
Fluent in Korean and English
Nice to have
Experience delivering licensed entertainment or IP-based experiences
Experience working with international production partners and global stakeholders
Knowledge of venue operations, permitting, logistics, fabrication and technical production
Experience within immersive entertainment, attractions or experiential marketing
