Negotiate global vendor deals as needed and implement global cost-measurement systems to ensure financial efficiency across productions
Consolidate how documentation is stored and organized across regions, ensuring safety plans, EAPs, insurance, logistics files, and related documents are properly maintained
Bring regional learnings into a shared global system, improving visibility and access to information that currently lives in separate local folders
Serve as the global production point of contact for the partner
Work closely with teams in the US, Europe, Australia and more, to understand their workflows, needs, and learnings
Partner with each region to shape budget targets and continually refine cost models
Maintain a clear, organized cadence of communication with partners
Maintain visibility over vendor agreements

7+ years of experience in live events and/or experience production industry
Professional fluency in English
Ability to pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way in a fast-paced environment

Proven experience in vendor negotiations, managing production budgets, and production issues such as permitting, rules, and regulations

Develop and manage event production budgets, optimize resources to achieve strategic goals, and identify revenue-generating opportunities and cost-saving measures
Collaborate closely with creative directors, technical leads, designers, producers, and external partners
Manage vendors and service providers throughout the entire planning and execution process and ensure delivery of quality services as per company standards
Support relations and launch planning with the venue and third-party vendors and talents
Source and manage the construction consultants and companies for venue remediation of permanent installations (i.e. architects, safety auditors, general contractors, technical providers, set fabricators, etc)
Create and own production timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule
Secure proper event permits and meet insurance requirements, complete risk assessments where necessary, and be knowledgeable of local regulations and best practices
Plan and execute all necessary preparations needed to schedule and pass all required inspections to obtain the Building Completion Certificate
With support from the global team, prepare all operational documentation including life safety planning, emergency action plans, incident reporting procedures and logs, standard operating procedures, and signage matrix
