Senior estimator

I am currently partnering with a highly respected, family-run construction and refurbishment specialist that has been a staple in the industry for over 30 years. They are looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their close-knit team based on the North East London / Essex border. What makes this role stand out is the sheer variety of the portfolio. Unlike "one-trick pony" contractors, my client handles everything from high-end residential extensions and bespoke refurbishments to commercial fit-outs and public sector projects. The Opportunity As an Estimator/Senior Estimator, you won't just be a number in a massive corporate machine. You'll be the commercial heartbeat of the pre-construction phase, working closely with the directors to turn inquiries into high-quality projects.
