Senior Estimator

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a long-established and highly respected London contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering refurbishment, renovation and maintenance projects across the public sectors. Established for over 50 years, our client has built a reputation based on quality, collaboration and long-term relationships. Operating across social housing, education, commercial, specialist and public building sectors, they are recognised for delivering high-quality projects while maintaining traditional values with a modern approach. The successful candidate will lead the estimating function across a variety of refurbishment and construction schemes throughout London and the South East. Projects typically include: Social housing refurbishment and regeneration; Public buildings and education projects; Planned maintenance works; Specialist and heritage refurbishments; Commercial refurbishment schemes; Values between £200k – £1.5 million. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for managing tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission, ensuring commercially competitive and technically accurate bids are produced in line with client expectations and company standards.
