Job Responsibility

  • Independently producing high-quality, accurate, and competitive construction cost estimates
  • Providing mentorship and technical guidance to Junior team members
  • Managing medium-to-high complexity and high-value tenders
  • Driving value-engineering outcomes
  • Ensuring every bid is commercially robust, risk-aware, and positioned to win profitable work

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Demonstrative experience of at least 7-10 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator
  • Live environment Construction experience
  • Proven expertise with estimating software - Cubit, Cubit Select & Buildsoft
  • A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local regulations
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent measuring skills & a winning mentality to win tenders
  • Unlimited working rights in Australia
