Prepare structured quantity summaries according to standardized sections and trades involved
Participate in site visits to assess technical constraints and the complexity of the work to be estimated
Research and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors following the analysis of bid documents
Manage invitations to subcontractors, transmit relevant documents, and grant access to the virtual plan room
Verify the compliance of subcontractor bids against project requirements during bid closing
Maintain regular contact with the supplier and subcontractor database to nurture a solid business network
Contribute strategically to optimize project profitability and assist Project Managers as needed
