Senior Estimator

Soho Built is expanding and establishing a new division focused on dual occupancy and small-scale residential construction. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Head of Operations, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and long-term growth. You will begin in a dual-role capacity supporting both estimating and selected client coordination activities. As the division grows, the position will naturally evolve into a more senior and managerial role.
