We are looking for a Senior Estimator - Commercial Tenant Improvement who will be the cornerstone of our projects. You will be responsible for the precise cost evaluation to transform rental spaces into functional and aesthetic brand environments and boutiques, within a rapidly growing company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze plans and specifications for commercial tenant improvement projects
  • Perform quantity take-offs (metering)
  • Evaluate and negotiate bids from specialized subcontractors (interior finishing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and profit margins
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to understand specific tenant needs
  • Identify potential risks
  • Propose value engineering solutions to optimize project budgets
  • Maintain and develop a reliable database of costs, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Participate in project start-up and follow-up meetings

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of relevant experience in construction estimation
  • Demonstrated experience with primary focus on retail commercial tenant improvement projects
  • Excellent ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent priority management
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Sharp attention to detail, rigor, and great autonomy
