Job Responsibility

  • Leading and managing estate planning and probate workflows from intake through completion
  • Delegating work to associates and staff
  • Collaborating efficiently with team members and assisting their growth through training and supervision
  • Proactively marketing estate planning services in coordination with the marketing team
  • Maintaining high-quality client service aligned with the firm’s values and mission

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active WA bar admission
  • A minimum of 5 years of estate planning experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and workflows
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
