Known historically for their expertise within ICBC defense this firm has nimbly diversified their practice into multiple areas of litigation. They provide the ability to work 100% remotely and senior lawyers dedicated to mentorship.

Job Responsibility

The work will involve a wide range of estate matters, including will and trust disputes, powers of attorney, problem executors, trustee and executor obligations, and more

Requirements

  • Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
  • 4 - 8+ years post call experience with an emphasis on estate litigation matters
