A well-regarded and expanding Vancouver litigation boutique is seeking a talented estate litigation lawyer to join their busy team. Known historically for their expertise within ICBC defense this firm has nimbly diversified their practice into multiple areas of litigation. They provide the ability to work 100% remotely and senior lawyers dedicated to mentorship.

Job Responsibility:

The work will involve a wide range of estate matters, including will and trust disputes, powers of attorney, problem executors, trustee and executor obligations, and more

Requirements:

  • Be called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
  • 4 - 8+ years post call experience with an emphasis on estate litigation matters
