Are you a proactive ERP / CRM Consultant with a talent for optimizing business processes and delivering high-quality IT solutions? We are looking for an expert to join our team for the implementation and support of enterprise projects, specifically focusing on advanced ERP applications to drive organizational efficiency. The position is full-time, based in Athens, operating under a hybrid work model.

Job Responsibility

  • Record and analyze complex business processes to ensure effective system integration
  • Configure business processes within the client's ERP application to meet specific operational needs
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to information system users
  • Deliver immediate troubleshooting and effective problem-solving to maintain system integrity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional ERP setups

Requirements

  • University or Technical University degree (AEI/TEI) in Applied Informatics, Computer Science, or Economics
  • At least 3 years of proven experience specifically in ERP
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Databases
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
  • A valid driver's license for necessary mobility
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset for user support
  • Functional knowledge of Accounting or Costing principles
  • Programming skills, particularly in JSON or .NET
  • Experience in complex CRM implementations
