Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Senior ER Advisor (Workforce Change)​ to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering workforce change programmes that support organisational transformation. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment where your expertise in employment relations and change management will make a real impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the delivery of people-related change programmes including redundancy, restructure, TUPE and settlement agreements
  • Coordinating collective consultation processes, including scheduling meetings, note taking and submitting statutory documentation
  • Collaborating with ER Consultants to ensure change programmes meet legal, policy and best practice standards
  • Maintaining and evolving ER templates, toolkits and playbooks to support consistent and compliant delivery
  • Partnering with colleagues across ER, HR and the business to enhance the employee experience
  • Monitoring employment legislation and ensuring organisational readiness and compliance
  • Designing and delivering coaching and training to build ER capability across HR and divisional teams
  • Contributing to HR policy development with a focus on fair treatment and positive customer outcomes

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification, or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies and procedures
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
  • Clear understanding of organisational context and HR challenges
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to explain complex HR processes clearly
  • Experience working in a unionised environment and managing workforce change
  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied, complex workload
