Job Description

Senior ePMO & Finance Analyst at Workplace Injury Commission (WIC) in Melbourne. $124,552 per annum (plus super). Play a key role supporting WIC as we help injured Victorians find a way forward. As a Senior ePMO & Finance Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting WIC to help injured workers and employers overcome some of the most challenging times of their lives.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate WIC's ePMO centre of excellence, maintaining standards and providing expert advice on project management practice, portfolio-level finance reporting and risk/issue oversight
  • Give the General Manager of Strategy & Experience and our Executive Leadership team clear and timely visibility of performance, affordability and exposure
  • Work closely with the ePMO Manager to ensure portfolio assurance is consistent and practical

Requirements

  • Advanced financial and risk management capability (portfolio budgets, variance analysis, risk/issue oversight) with executive-level reporting
  • Demonstrated expertise operating in an ePMO or portfolio governance function with mastery of PM frameworks, methodologies and tools
  • Strong insight and storytelling skills, and a demonstrated ability to create dashboards into concise decisions for ELT and Sponsors
  • Advisory experience (e.g. framework selection, governance, assurance) and experience lifting delivery capability across teams
  • Strong ability to collaborate across strategy, portfolio, change and communications functions
