Senior EPM EPBCS Developer

Play a critical role in ensuring data architecture integrity, governance, and accessibility, while also enabling business teams with webforms, dashboards and insights

• 8+ years of experience in EPM Implementations
• Should be good in writing groovy scrips and business rules
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
• Ability to work with stakeholders across technical and business teams, translating requirements into scalable data solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field (required)
• Must have functional knowledge of planning modelling like Workforce, Capex and Financials
• Configuration of EPBCS Financials, Workforce and Projects modules as per business requirements and design
• Must have experience in solution Design of EPBCS
• Optimize Business rules, Integrations and reporting in EPBCS
• Automate processes using EPM Automate, REST APIs, and Groovy scripting
• Good understanding of ERP integration (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and client communication skills
• Strong consulting and communication skills ( client-facing role )
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams
• Should have at least 2 end to end implementation experience
• Ability to write and update the rules of historical overrides

• Good to have knowledge on FCCS
• Good to have knowledge on ARCS
