The Global Real Estate team is working hard on the 10 for the win strategy through opening new stores, relocations, and optimization of existing network. As a member of the Global Real Estate team, you will be instrumental in supporting these goals through leading and developing teams, managing third party firms, developing process, as well as leading projects. You will be holding all stakeholders accountable to deadlines and are accountable for delivering all sites permit ready to Construction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Onboarding and training of all new entitlement managers and external vendors
  • Leading internal team and cross functional trainings and conferences
  • Report development and management of key milestones for all BUs
  • First point of contact for the entitlements team
  • Lead Monthly Accountability calls
  • Moderate Quarterly calls
  • Collaborate with cross functional team
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • Managing the overall project pipeline
  • Contributing towards setting of future plan opening counts
  • Cover for vacations, leaves, and other times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Ten years of experience or more preferred including a minimum of five years of management responsibility
