Job Description

In this position you will: be an important part in the process of improving our finance solutions both with regards to projects and smaller changes in relation with Application Maintenance. An important part of the role is to act as solution designer, meaning you are active in the design of new solutions for your area together with other CK-colleagues as well as our external application maintenance partner. A clear majority of the time is spent in projects, doing design work, sometimes as leader of projects and sometimes just being a project participant. You will also act as change manager for your area which means responsible from IT side for all changes within your functional area. You will be assigned to one or several of the functional areas below and the split is a bit open depending on applicants: * GL (JDE), * AR (JDE), * AP (JDE), * Reals Estate (JDE), * Banking (JDE), * Fixed Assets (JDE), * Tax reporting (JDE / SOVOS), * Credit Management (JDE). Multiple areas above might be relevant even though this particular role is primarily about Tax Reporting according to the new VIDA-requirements. A large project is just started and you will have an important IT Lead role in the project as well as a longer-term responsibility for our chosen broker platform. JD Edwards is our most dominating system but in this particular role it will also be much focus on SOVOS, a new standard application aiming to support our VIDA e-invoicing processes. You will have a tight cooperation with our development partner, where your role is to secure the overall solution and approve all changes while they are doing the actual development work needed. The position means you are in the middle between business and IT development and you have unique opportunity to influence both sides.
