As an individual contributor, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint through proactive new business acquisition and strategic account management within your territory. Seismic’s sales reps are passionate about our product and take a consultative approach to selling our solution across several verticals, including Financial Services, Manufacturing, High Tech, and more.
Job Responsibility:
Selling Seismic Software, #1 Sales Enablement Solution to various enterprise accounts within a large territory
Manage complex sales cycles starting with discovery, building and managing relationships, to the close of business
Acquire new business by building a network of customers and industry contacts to facilitate sales development and successes
Partner closely with the Sales Engineering team to customize product demonstrations and architect solution packages based on client requirements
Partner closely with the Customer Success team to support value realization and grow existing customer accounts by building long-term strategic relationships
Prepare proposals that outline consultative solutions to meet client needs
Think out of the box to maximize the business opportunities within your given territory
Mobilize internal stakeholders and leverage their experience and expertise to maximize deals size and accelerate sales cycles
Weekly report accurately your sales activities and provide predictable forecasts
Requirements:
5+ years of Saas solution sales experience with a history of driving, managing and closing enterprise deals
Experience selling software (cloud/SaaS) to large, strategic Enterprise accounts in the South EMEA region
Proven ability to proactively develop and strengthen your pipeline with the obsession to hit,or exceed sales quota
Ability to articulate value proposition to C-Level, Sales and Marketing executives
Proven consultative sales solution skills in a SaaS/Cloud environment
Travel required, which consists of working with sales employees, attending business meetings, industry meetings or working with key customers
Bachelor’s degree
An experienced Enterprise sales rep possessing strong Saas solution sales experience, 5 years in the high tech and/or software space, with a history of driving, managing and repeatedly closing enterprise deals
A driven, energetic, resilient individual with proven ability to hit or exceed sales quota
A strong hunter who thrives in building pipeline, generating new logos, and creating opportunities
Ability to elevate Seismic’s positioning within flagship customers and grow customer lifetime value
Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles independently and engaging new prospects and customers at all levels of the organization
An articulate individual who is able to convey our value proposition to C-Level, Sales and Marketing executives
Someone who has proven consultative sales solution skills in a SaaS/Cloud environment
Will be responsible for large geography. Would consist of working with sales employees, attending business meetings, industry meetings or working with key customers
Someone who believes that growth and winning mindsets are the starting point for reaching and exceeding a sales target. You demonstrate it in your daily attitude when you are working on your own, with colleagues or partners
