The Senior Enterprise Operations Manager is a self-driven, innovative leader who will be a critical driver in increasing the scalability and efficiency of ExploreLearning | Learning A-Z (EL | LAZ) operations. Ultimately, the right candidate will drive improvements in capabilities to support our customers and generate sustainable cost savings. Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success, a successful leader in this role will assess and enhance the processes and systems essential to supporting scalable, cost-effective, and high-quality interactions with customers and internal groups. The Senior Enterprise Operations Manager will also lead and support the intake process and prioritize infrastructure improvement projects supporting functions across EL | LAZ.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate across the organization to understand and document current processes, identifying best practices, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Review potential root causes of process inefficiencies and develop solutions
Collaborate with various functional departments to design and implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day business operations
Manage the coordination and integration of efforts among sales operations, customer success, marketing, engineering, and content development
Prioritize infrastructure improvement projects and initiatives
Partner with the project management office to outline scope and requirements of infrastructure projects
Track and monitor the execution of infrastructure improvement projects
Maintain constant communication and provide insights on process and infrastructure initiatives to the Senior Leadership team
Requirements:
5-7+ years of experience in operations and process-focused roles
Experience in a technology-based company is required
An undergraduate or graduate degree in business or industrial engineering disciplines is preferred
Education industry experience is a plus but not required
Experience in developing and implementing scalable processes with cross-functional teams
Effective communication and collaboration skills
