Job Description:

The Senior Enterprise Operations Manager is a self-driven, innovative leader who will be a critical driver in increasing the scalability and efficiency of ExploreLearning | Learning A-Z (EL | LAZ) operations. Ultimately, the right candidate will drive improvements in capabilities to support our customers and generate sustainable cost savings. Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success, a successful leader in this role will assess and enhance the processes and systems essential to supporting scalable, cost-effective, and high-quality interactions with customers and internal groups. The Senior Enterprise Operations Manager will also lead and support the intake process and prioritize infrastructure improvement projects supporting functions across EL | LAZ.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate across the organization to understand and document current processes, identifying best practices, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Review potential root causes of process inefficiencies and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with various functional departments to design and implement policies and procedures to improve day-to-day business operations
  • Manage the coordination and integration of efforts among sales operations, customer success, marketing, engineering, and content development
  • Prioritize infrastructure improvement projects and initiatives
  • Partner with the project management office to outline scope and requirements of infrastructure projects
  • Track and monitor the execution of infrastructure improvement projects
  • Maintain constant communication and provide insights on process and infrastructure initiatives to the Senior Leadership team

Requirements:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in operations and process-focused roles
  • Experience in a technology-based company is required
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in business or industrial engineering disciplines is preferred
  • Education industry experience is a plus but not required
  • Experience in developing and implementing scalable processes with cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • Ability to hold oneself and others accountable
  • Emotional intelligence and respect for others' perspectives
  • Reliable internet connection (10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
