Robert Half is seeking a Senior Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program Manager to support an energy and utility organization based in Portland, Oregon. This role involves leading large-scale Enterprise Asset Management and Field Operations initiatives, including GIS and asset system implementations within a structured PMO environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead large, complex strategic programs and assume accountability for successful delivery of outcomes
Manage cross-functional project/program teams including internal stakeholders and external vendors
Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and outcomes
Identify and manage interdependencies across projects and programs
Conduct financial analysis to estimate, monitor, and control project budgets
Establish and maintain governance structures including steering committees and executive reporting
Define and negotiate resource requirements with resource managers
Manage vendor relationships to align deliverables, schedules, and costs
Maintain risk logs and proactively resolve or escalate issues
Manage change control processes and ensure compliance with PMO standards
Ensure project documentation remains accurate, complete, and audit-ready
Requirements:
7+ years of progressive program/project management leadership experience
Experience leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programs within utility, energy, or field operations environments
Strong background in GIS implementations and asset management systems
Experience with technologies such as ESRI, SAP, Clevest, IQGeo, CMMS, Azure, or M365
Proficiency in Planview or similar enterprise project management tools
Demonstrated success managing large, mission-critical programs with executive visibility
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Must be local to Portland, OR and able to work onsite a minimum of 2 days per week
Nice to have:
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
