The Senior Enterprise Architect will lead the design of complex technology solutions and drive the strategic vision for enterprise clients. With 8-10 years of experience in IT and a preferred bachelor’s degree in a related field, the role requires expertise in Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture. The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and client engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the design of large, complex technology solutions by collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to create client solutions that enable business outcomes and integrate technology across multiple domains, delivery units, and geographies
Work closely with the sales team to actively participate in the presales process with clients — including meetings, proposals, solution design, and executive presentations
Translate clients’ business strategies and desired outcomes into comprehensive IT strategies and roadmaps, positioning the company’s full portfolio of technology capabilities to drive end-to-end solution design
Lead complex solution architecture engagements with clients and coordinate with internal technology teams to align solutions to business requirements and outcomes
Integrate applications, data, and technology across multiple towers such as Networking, Cloud, Data Center, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, and Business Applications
Contribute to the company’s knowledge base by sharing best practices and solution blueprints with internal teams and clients
Leverage deep understanding of clients’ businesses and industries to tailor technology solutions that deliver measurable value and improved performance
Develop business cases and technology roadmaps to optimize operations and enable measurable business value across multiple technology domains
Interpret, influence, and develop enterprise IT strategies, ensuring alignment with client priorities and strategic direction
Define architectural principles and apply them to guide governance, standardization, and technology adoption
Develop current-state (As-Is), future-state (To-Be), and transition architectures to define modernization and transformation roadmaps
Manage large-scale application and technology portfolios using industry frameworks, lifecycle methodologies, and modeling tools
Create both strategic and solution architectures that span multiple technology towers and integrate across the enterprise
Synthesize emerging technology trends with client business imperatives to create innovative, value-driven solutions
Lead cross-technology solution integration across domains, ensuring cohesive architecture and interoperability across systems and platforms
Requirements:
8–10 years of experience in Information Technology
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Advanced experience as a lead architect with multi-domain (technology and geography) exposure
Broad knowledge across Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, and multiple technology domains — such as Cloud, Networking, Security, Data Center, Applications, and Digital Workplace
Deep understanding of how technology solutions impact and enable business outcomes across industries
Advanced understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure design across multiple towers
Advanced expertise in Information Security, Quality Management, and applying architectural and security principles
Proficiency in Information Architecture, Data Modeling, and Systems Integration techniques
Experience in architecture frameworks, design thinking, and reference architectures (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, SOA)
Strong industry expertise, capable of aligning technology solutions to specific industry needs and challenges
Certifications such as TOGAF (preferred), SOA, or Scaled Agile (advantageous)
Proven experience in consulting or technology solution roles within large-scale, global technology organizations
Advanced experience across enterprise applications, networking, cloud, data, and digital solutions
Exceptional client engagement and consulting experience, including needs assessment, change management, and identifying future opportunities
Strong business development and pre-sales experience, including the ability to position and articulate multi-domain technology solutions
Broad understanding of business processes, applications, and infrastructure architecture and how they integrate to deliver enterprise-scale solutions
