As Marqeta’s Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will partner with a cross functional team and manage a portfolio of customers to drive growth and retention. You will bring a strong track record of growth and deep relationship building experience to provide exceptional client service, uncover revenue generating opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, etc) and viable solutions to these key customers. You proactively uncover the business needs of your customers to understand how our product offerings can grow their business.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with a cross functional team and manage a portfolio of customers to drive growth and retention

Ensure partnership and programs are running smoothly and successfully
Add strategic value to the team by identifying opportunities to drive business and process improvements
Develop and deliver high-impact presentations (QBRs, Executive Briefing Decks, etc.)
Perform in-depth analysis to identify macro, business, technology, and pipeline trends for key customers
Requirements:
5+ years of Enterprise Account Management experience in the Payments industry, ideally selling complex, technology platform solutions
3+ years of experience growing and scaling accounts and building relationships with key decision makers
3+ years of experience with the following Sales Tech stack: Salesforce, Looker, Gong, and Jira
Demonstrated ability to influence others in a matrix environment, gaining buy-in at multiple levels across the organization
Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful, and self-starter who is able operate both collaboratively and independently
Technical aptitude with demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward manner
FinTech Guru: You already have deep knowledge of disruption in the financial services industry or possess a strong desire to learn the ropes while working with the top innovators in the space
Curious Questioner: Your passion for knowledge and learning drives you to constantly dig deeper to understand your customers, Marqeta, our technology, and the industry in general
