The mission of the Enterprise-Large team is to accelerate growth and drive strategic value for top-tier partners (50+ stores) on the Uber Eats platform. As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of 10–15 key accounts, serving as a trusted consultant and the primary point of contact for Uber Eats. You will take full end-to-end ownership of growth KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize partner performance. In this role, you won’t just impact a client’s sales—you will influence their overall digitalization strategy and long-term business evolution.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a portfolio of 10–15 key accounts, serving as a trusted consultant and the primary point of contact for Uber Eats
Take full end-to-end ownership of growth KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize partner performance
Manage 10–15 high-impact enterprise accounts, acting as the strategic lead for their growth on the platform
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to identify new opportunities and influence future digitalization roadmaps
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs), ensuring all commercial targets and partnership milestones are met
Monitor the WoW rhythm of the business, utilizing data to identify hidden trends and proactively address performance gaps
Requirements:
Proven track record in Solution Selling and managing large-scale enterprise accounts
Strong communication skills with experience negotiating with C-level stakeholders and high-level decision-makers
Ability to develop solid Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and a commitment to closing deals that align with these targets
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
Nice to have:
Experience in the technology, e-commerce, digital media, or food & beverage sectors
Comfortable using data to tell a story and influence partner behavior (data-driven decision-making)
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the resilience to adapt to changing priorities
