This role manages a portfolio of Strategic brands within Uber Eats Japan. Your day-to-day will vary from deep strategic planning and execution to managing executional tasks that ensure the strong growth and success of our largest brands. As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of 2-3 key accounts, serving as a trusted consultant and the primary point of contact for Uber Eats. You will take full end-to-end ownership of growth KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize partner performance. In this role, you won't just impact a client's sales—you will influence their overall digitalization strategy and long-term business evolution.
Job Responsibility
Manage a portfolio of 2-3 key accounts, serving as a trusted consultant and the primary point of contact for Uber Eats
Take full end-to-end ownership of growth KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize partner performance
Build and execute a strategy by brand level to drive outsized growth for both the brand and Uber
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to negotiate strong outcomes for your brands to support growth
Collaborate with global brand owners to understand best practice and execute for Japan
Build an external network within your brands from working level to C-level to influence outcomes and strategy
Requirements
Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder environments, with the ability to influence and align diverse internal and external partners toward shared goals
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with demonstrated success in driving mutually beneficial commercial outcomes in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance long-term strategic thinking and day-to-day executional excellence
Solid commercial acumen, including the ability to understand P&L drivers, evaluate trade-offs, and make data-informed decisions to drive growth
Strong communication in both English and Japanese
Experience in stakeholder management across complex, matrixed organizations
Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance management
Fluency in both Japanese and English (business level or above)
Experience in account management, client services, or a related commercial function
Self-starter and growth mindset: a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and expanding the Uber Eats footprint within a partner's business

Industry background: experience in the technology, e-commerce, digital media, or food & beverage sectors
Agility: proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the resilience to adapt to changing priorities
Financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on P&L and commercial data
