Datatonic is at a turning point for the next two years of significant, accelerated growth. Having already established a strong foothold in the Nordic region, we are looking to build repeatable, scalable commercial structures aligned with our ambitious revenue goals. We are looking for a high-impact, native-speaking (ideally Swedish) player-coach to architect this future. This is a role for a heavy-weight seller who can consistently create and close large, outcome-led deals while setting the quality bar for our regional expansion. You are joining at the perfect time to shape the journey and transition into a Senior Sales Leadership role within 6 - 12 months, where you will eventually be responsible for managing the European sales team as a whole.
Job Responsibility:
Network the Account: constantly network and build your book of contacts within your clients
Deep Client Knowledge: be on-site at the client regularly (minimum twice a week)
Outcome-Led Deal Architecture: create, ideate and lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals (typically £250k+)
Internal Orchestration: communicate client needs back to Datatonic with clarity
Challenge the Status Quo: challenge the client’s thinking, translating unstructured business pain into clear commercial scope and narratives
Requirements:
Nordic native speaker (ideally Swedish)
Existing network in Telco, Agency/Media, Insurance, Gaming/Entertainment, Retail, or Pharma
Proven track record in Data, AI, or Cloud
Comfortable leading through ambiguity and early-stage problem definition
Professionally persistent and self-motivated
Executive presence with gravitas to hold a room with senior buyers and C-suite stakeholders
