As an Account Executive in Healthcare at ANS, you’ll be responsible for finding and winning new Enterprise and Corporate mid‑market customers, as well as growing a defined set of existing accounts. You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, influence stakeholders, and oversee the full sales cycle from first conversation to signature and beyond. Ultimately, your mission is simple: Find. Job Responsibility
Self‑generate new name opportunities through outreach, social selling, referrals, and networking
Work closely with ANS Marketing to capitalise on sales‑ready leads (SQLs)
Identify expansion opportunities across your existing customer set
Collaborate with partners, Microsoft account teams, and internal Sales teams to maximise ANS solutions in your accounts
Own the end‑to‑end sales process using CRM
Work with our Pre‑Sales Solution Architects to shape compelling propositions for both new and existing customers
Manage a small portfolio of Enterprise and Mid‑Market accounts
Oversee delivery through the project lifecycle and maintain ownership of the commercial relationship
Ensure seamless handovers into Delivery and into Service
Build and execute engagement plans, service reviews, QBRs, and account development strategies
Work closely with CSMs, CSAs, Renewals and Microsoft to drive customer success and retention
Understand account landscapes and share of wallet opportunities
Maintain ANS product & services penetration matrices for each account
