As Senior Enterprise ABM Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for ATOSS’s enterprise segment. Your mission is to design and scale ABM-driven programs that build deep relationships with strategic accounts, drive pipeline growth, and position ATOSS as a trusted partner for large organizations. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns, personalized experiences, and data-driven insights that directly support enterprise sales objectives. This position is based in Munich and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site and remote work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and own industry-specific segments of the enterprise marketing strategy, with a strong focus on execution through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles
  • Design and execute ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts, leveraging AI-driven personalization and data-driven targeting
  • Partner with sales, sales enablement, and SDR teams to align marketing initiatives with go-to-market priorities and account plans
  • Work with content and event teams, utilizing AI tools, to create tailored content, events, and experiences that engage decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure ABM program effectiveness and inform ongoing optimization
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and foster continued innovation in enterprise marketing
  • Stay current on B2B enterprise trends, ABM best practices, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in B2B enterprise marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology environments
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue
  • Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with sales teams
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and messaging skills with a track record of engaging diverse enterprise audiences and delivering measurable results
  • Consistent record of maintaining brand integrity across campaigns, content, platforms, and customer touchpoints
  • Native-level German and business-fluent English (C1/C2) are essential for success in this role
