As Senior Enterprise ABM Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for ATOSS’s enterprise segment. Your mission is to design and scale ABM-driven programs that build deep relationships with strategic accounts, drive pipeline growth, and position ATOSS as a trusted partner for large organizations. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful campaigns, personalized experiences, and data-driven insights that directly support enterprise sales objectives. This position is based in Munich and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site and remote work.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and own industry-specific segments of the enterprise marketing strategy, with a strong focus on execution through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles
Design and execute ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts, leveraging AI-driven personalization and data-driven targeting
Partner with sales, sales enablement, and SDR teams to align marketing initiatives with go-to-market priorities and account plans
Work with content and event teams, utilizing AI tools, to create tailored content, events, and experiences that engage decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure ABM program effectiveness and inform ongoing optimization
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and foster continued innovation in enterprise marketing
Stay current on B2B enterprise trends, ABM best practices, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
At least 7 years of hands-on experience in B2B enterprise marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology environments
Proven expertise in developing and executing high-impact Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue
Exceptional strategic planning and analytical skills, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with sales teams
Strong copywriting, editing, and messaging skills with a track record of engaging diverse enterprise audiences and delivering measurable results
Consistent record of maintaining brand integrity across campaigns, content, platforms, and customer touchpoints
Native-level German and business-fluent English (C1/C2) are essential for success in this role
Nice to have:
Experience leveraging digital sales rooms (DSRs) in partnership with sales for ABM is a strong plus
