Job Description:

Supply Chain/Operations Program Manager working on new product introduction and support for Hybrid Cloud products. Contributions impact technical components of HPE products, solutions, or services regularly and sustainable. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Provides expertise and partnership to functional and technical project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for achieving objectives. May provide team leadership and mentoring to others.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead/drive supply chain/operation resources to develop and execute reliable, cost effective and high-quality manufacturing solutions for new product releases and products in the sustaining life cycle
  • Represent supply chain / operations on the overall Hybrid Cloud business team, ensuring supply/ chain meet Hybrid cloud business requirements
  • Support multiple projects involving one or more functions driving the engineering development and implementation process for Hybrid Cloud products or service offering
  • Develops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program
  • Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders
  • collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules
  • Lead/drive partner and supplier deliverables to ensure new programs are delivered on time meeting quality expectations
  • Lead/drive risk mitigation processes and deliverables
  • Develop and drive new strategies in supply chain /operations that improve efficiencies and provide supply chain resilience
  • Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing, partner and /or engineering organizations
  • Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred
  • Typically 6-10 years experience in Program Management involving technical projects
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • mastery in English and local language
  • Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels
