Senior Engineering Manager

CVS Health is looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Engineering Manager to lead front-end engineering teams focused on building best-in-class digital experiences and delivering complex enterprise initiatives in close partnership with business stakeholders. In this role, you’ll lead multiple engineering teams and be accountable for both people leadership and execution excellence, developing strong engineers while driving predictable, high-impact delivery aligned to business outcomes. You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, and Architecture leaders to shape strategy, remove friction, and ensure teams consistently deliver results at scale. As part of the Aetna Health Web Team, you will lead the engineering teams powering the flagship Aetna Health membership website, directly impacting how millions of members navigate their healthcare benefits.
