Job Description:

We are in search of a dynamic Senior Engineering Manager to lead Workflow and inventories technical teams in the development of a strategic platforms, utilized across various business stakeholders across Markets.

Job Responsibility:

Hands-on leadership of Application Development team
Construct and uphold the strategic vision and design of the entire workflow platform
Develop and execute an engineering excellence plan
Troubleshoot various high-impact problems/projects
Provide subject expertise and superior knowledge of applications programming
Cultivate extensive knowledge of business areas
Investigate in-depth and employ interpretive thinking to identify issues and develop pioneering solutions
Serve as a mentor or coach to developers, architects, and project managers
Enforce adherence to the highest code quality and testing standards
Evaluate and conduct Proof of Concepts (POC) for new strategic technical products and applications

Requirements:

Extensive commercial experience managing technical teams with diverse skill sets
Proficient in JBPM workflow management or understanding BPM tools
Significant hands-on experience in Application Development leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and React
Comprehensive understanding of microservices-based applications system design and modern architectural patterns
Profound knowledge of messaging technologies like Tibco Queue, Apache Kafka
Practical application of Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of oAuth2, OpenID Connect, and best practices for API security
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code tools
Professional experience using SQL and non-SQL DB technologies
Practical knowledge of testing automation principles and frameworks
Ability to uphold high development standards under pressure
Eagerness to take on challenges and utilize new technologies
Experience working in fast-paced development environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
