As a Senior Engineering Manager leading our Reporting & Enterprise Hub teams, you'll shape how Vanta's largest enterprise customers manage and visualize their compliance programs at scale. This role sits at the intersection of data products, enterprise scalability, and product innovation—delivering visibility and actionable insights that empower organizations like PE firms and JPMC-scale companies to manage complex compliance programs with strict financial boundaries between business units.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • 5+ more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering management role
