To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a Senior Platform Engineering Manager to join the Tech team and drive innovation in the mental health market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and lead a team of around 5-8 engineers
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners to define and deliver a strategy for improving technical infrastructure and developer experience
  • Ensure team is focused on delivering impact through data-driven experimentation
  • Lead a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering department
  • Engage communication with stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Maintain technical proficiency and stay updated on relevant technologies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as an Engineering Manager of a platform or infrastructure team
  • Must have previously collaborated closely with product managers and other cross-functional roles
  • Strong knowledge of software technologies and processes best practices in web and app development in a cloud and serverless environment
  • Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
  • A business-oriented mindset
  • Experience in implementing and leading a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguous problem areas with a high degree of autonomy
  • Strong soft skills, such as emotional intelligence, ability to delegate and time management
  • Fluent in English
