We are seeking an enthusiastic Engineering Lead to join the Financial Products Org - one of the key contributors to Adyen’s long term growth and success. We’re in a pivotal moment to shape the future of Financial Products in a truly global fashion. In this role, you will be a manager of managers and will be responsible to set and execute, together with your Product counterpart, on the strategy for the product and/or domain under your purview. You will help your teams to build their products as effectively as possible, while aligning with your internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcome for Adyen's customers. Working with a global team and managing complex domains excites you and you're not afraid to challenge the status quo. You’ll partner closely with product/engineering teams both in Financial Product as well as across other Adyen orgs to grow your product and/or systems into global solutions — leveraging your engineering expertise, technical judgement, collaboration and leadership skills to drive better results faster. You will be working across time zones, while playing a leadership role with high visibility, global scale, and direct impact on the future of Adyen.

Requirements:
