Lead and grow high-performing engineering teams responsible for building and scaling software systems that support Robinhood’s global product expansion. Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business objectives into technical strategy and execution, ensuring that our systems are robust, scalable, and localized for diverse international markets. Help shape how engineering contributes to Robinhood’s long-term global footprint, enabling seamless trading and financial services experiences around the world.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience with significant leadership responsibility, including managing engineering managers or multiple teams
  • Strong background with distributed systems and software architecture
  • familiarity with modern languages and event-driven systems
  • Demonstrated success working with product, design, data, and other engineering teams to deliver high-impact outcomes
  • Proven ability to drive complex technical initiatives from inception through delivery in a structured and measurable way
