As a Senior Consultant, you will be an integral part of the client team, supporting various engineering and project management tasks related to design, tendering, execution, and improvement projects. You will act as the link between the client team and engineering partners (traditional engineering consultancy firms), contractors, and suppliers, contributing technical expertise and solutions to overcome construction hurdles. You will coordinate all construction activities, ensure key milestones are achieved, and facilitate clear and effective communication with the site construction team. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your existing network and portfolio to identify opportunities, shape projects, and ensure successful delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Acting as the primary link between clients, engineering partners, contractors, and suppliers
Sales and client engagement activities
Driving construction and engineering projects from design through execution
Coordinating all construction activities and ensuring milestones, budgets, and timelines are met
Providing technical and commercial input to overcome project challenges
Contributing to business development by expanding relationships within your client portfolio
Requirements:
A technical background at bachelor's or master's level, specializing in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Development and Innovation, Operations Management or similar
+8 years of work experience
familiarity with heavily regulated industries and/or GMP environments is an advantage
Skilled project manager with certifications within PMI, PRINCE2 or similar
An existing client portfolio or network within Food and/or Pharma
Knowledge in design and commissioning within buildings and utilities
Familiarity with project management tools, including scheduling and budget control
Experience in Construction Site Management is a plus
Nice to have:
