  • Drive API-level and end-to-end integration testing across the Talent Acquisition ecosystem (e.g., requisition creation to hire, candidate sourcing, screening workflows, offer approval, background checks, I-9 verification, onboarding handoff to HCM), including third-party vendor integrations and Workday web services
  • Validate Workday Recruiting Extend apps, custom objects, and advanced configurations to ensure functional correctness, security, accessibility, compliance (OFCCP, EEOC), and performance under high-volume recruiting loads
  • Establish recruiting-specific quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting (including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, system uptime, integration success rates, configuration coverage, defect density) that enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Champion candidate experience excellence: partner with Recruiting, Employer Branding, and TA Operations teams to optimize career site performance, mobile responsiveness, application completion rates, and candidate communication workflows
  • Lead technical design reviews and configuration governance for recruiting process changes, partner with Workday Recruiting Consultants, Integration Engineers, and HRIS teams on design patterns and apply configuration best practices to recruiting assets

  • evaluate new Recruiting functionality, lead pilot programs, and drive adoption of innovations that enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience

Requirements:

  • 6+ years with SaaS/Cloud HR technology and significant hands-on Workday Recruiting experience across requisition management, candidate management, offer management, career site configuration, recruiting analytics, and ATS integrations
  • Deep functional expertise in Talent Acquisition processes, including high-volume recruiting, executive search, agency management, candidate sourcing, interview management, offer workflows, background checks, and onboarding transitions
  • Strong technical skills in Workday Recruiting configuration, Calculated Fields, Workday Studio, or EIB for data management, integration troubleshooting (Web Services, RaaS reports), and understanding of API-based recruiting technology ecosystems

  • Understanding of recruiting compliance requirements, including OFCCP, EEOC, GDPR, accessibility standards (WCAG), and ability to configure systems to meet regulatory obligations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • ability to translate complex technical concepts for recruiting leaders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
