Job Description

Support global Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) with the supplier selection and qualification process for the material group Electrics (generator, Converter , Motors, Cables Etc...) Assess and audit supplier and definition of actions (system, process , product and control plan ) Tracking of audit findings and evaluate the efficiency of actions. Planning supplier / product qualification and approval process for the material group Electricsl. Support and execution of prototype inspections and Planning SAT Support and execution of first article inspections Definition and tracking of actions for prototype and first article deviations. Effectively implemention supplier Quality transformation projects Ex QASL, LPA. Support nonconformity and claim process and agreement on actions with the supplier. Monitor supplier process control and supplier performance with the use of KPI´s Reporting supplier performance status to global SQA on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Technical background with a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical engineering or similar, training as welding engineer preferably
  • Min 7 years of professional experience in comparable positions
  • Knowledge of quality management methods (e.g., Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D)
  • Training in quality management 9001,14001,45001 (e.g., TÜV, Bureau Veritas)
  • Convincing manner towards external and internal parties
  • Ability to work in teams and excellent communication skills
  • SAP and MS Office , Power BI skills preferably
  • Knowledge on APQP / APQP for Wind, QASL, LPA, FTR
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Willingness to travel
