Minimum 7–10 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience

Job Responsibility

Lead mechanical design and engineering activities from concept through production and commissioning
Develop, review, and validate mechanical designs, drawings, and technical documentation
Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure system reliability and performance
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations
Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Collaborate with project managers, electrical/software engineers, and manufacturing teams
Support supplier evaluation, technical negotiations, and component selection
Review and approve engineering changes and manage design improvements
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
