Translate product roadmaps into clearly defined product requirements, specifications, and delivery priorities
Define product scope and phasing based on customer lifecycle needs, technical constraints, and time-to-market considerations
Drive FLEX for Business propositions by adapting consumer capabilities and platforms for the business segment (VBU)
Own the preparation and prioritization of MRSs for new portfolios, add-ons, and product features along with CRs
Approve final release scope and accept delivered solutions against agreed product and system requirements
Ensure stability, performance, and service quality across Mobile and VAS platforms, driving continuous system and service improvements
Identify, track, and proactively manage risks and dependencies across Converged, Mobile, and VAS products and systems
