Job Responsibility

Execute, manage, and supervise planning/reporting activities within projects of any size and complexity under the Project Control Manager’s supervision, ensuring compliance with contract, quality requirements, and project execution plans
Oversee the Planning team’s daily activities
Guide planning engineers in initializing project control tools per company procedures
Lead the preparation of planning procedures (WBS, schedules, progress measurement) in compliance with contract and company standards
Prepare project control planning documents (Milestones Plan, 90 days Schedule, WBS, Top-Down Schedule, Project Control Schedule, Progress Curves, Reporting, Manpower Histograms) under the Project Control Manager’s supervision
