Job Description:

The Sr ServiceNow IRM Engineer collaborates with a team to design, implement, and deploy IRM solutions leveraging ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, ITSM, and LSD to meet customers’ needs. They work on solving complex technical assignments, mentor others, and engage in innovation like introducing new frameworks and improving system designs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop software solutions and conduct tests and inspections
  • Create and independently develop ServiceNow applications
  • Design and implement new technical solutions using existing and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions
  • Mentor and guide others through workshops and learning sessions
  • Document system designs, configurations, and business requirements
  • Optimize designs or processes for cost efficiency or quality improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 4-7 years ServiceNow hands-on experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service expertise
  • Analytical skills
  • Technical writing abilities
