Job Responsibility

  • Arrange and implement planned maintenance works as assigned, monitor project progress and supervise contractors for contracted out works
  • Supervise the technical team to carry out routine maintenance for various facilities
  • Prepare operation report and incident reports for DC tenants
  • Handle DC's tenants' enquiries and follow up
  • Prepare approval from to management for the procurement of any goods / services
  • Prepare incident report and attend emergency call as site in charge

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering
  • 5 years' experience in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering
  • Familiar with UPS, Generator, Chiller Plant, LV switchboards, CRAC, Fire services & DCIM
  • Holder of REW C is a highly preferrable
  • Good communication skills and good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS office

Nice to have

Prior experience in Data Centre/Telecom industry is preferred
