Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Engineer – IMS to join our team and lead the coordination, execution, and troubleshooting of high-level reactive maintenance activities in Core Network domains. You will be responsible for supporting complex technical issues beyond the scope of 1st level Operations, ensuring service continuity and adherence to processes like MSTOP.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform configuration changes, hardware expansions, and troubleshooting activities for CS Core Nodes and IMS Core Nodes
  • Ensure all actions follow approved and standardized operational processes (MSTOP)
  • Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and prepare technical reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and network enhancements
  • Maintain documentation of configurations, issues, and resolutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years in Core Network operations and support, particularly IMS/VoLTE
  • Strong knowledge of telecom protocols including SIP, H.248, SS7, ISUP, BICC, SIGTRAN, INAP, CAP, TCAP, MAP, SCCP, Diameter
  • Deep understanding of call flows in CS Core
  • Deep understanding of IMS / VoLTE architecture and operations
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IMS and legacy network issues
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
