Job Responsibility:
Drive the Gold Standard: Become a certified expert in Workday's Implementation Methodology, leveraging it to lead 1 to 2 large-sized projects simultaneously to successful Go-Live
Influence the Deal: Partner with the Sales team to shape the future of our engagements
Consultative Leadership: Act as a mentor to Professional Services resources, guiding them through technical hurdles and professional growth
Navigate the C-Suite: Lead Executive Steering Committee meetings, translating project milestones into business value for client stakeholders
Manage the Scope: Manage project scope and budgets with a firm but fair hand
Ensure Long-term Success: Guide clients from the intensity of implementation into the stability of Product Support/Customer Success
Requirements:
5+ years experience project managing ERP or business application system within a large Enterprise client
Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
Experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications preferred
Passion and drive for customer success
Adept at conflict management
skilled in de-escalating project tensions and mediating between stakeholders to reach consensus
Leadership abilities to empower and focus the project team on deployment objectives
Strong at building relationships, working cross-functionally and can influence internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple project priorities at the same time
Manage 3rd parties on project teams
Present at Customer Executive Steering Committee meetings
Solid track record in Project Management delivery within a Professional Services environment
Deliver projects within the budget outlined in the Statement Of Work
Promote a positive and inclusive working environment
Business-level Japanese and English language skills (oral and written)
Nice to have:
Experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications preferred
