As a Senior Engagement Manager, you are an experienced leader responsible for the successful delivery of our largest and most complex customer-facing projects. You are accountable for orchestrating the efforts of cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver on our commitments, on time and within budget. You will establish and lead project governance, including steering committees with senior customer stakeholders, and serve as the primary point of accountability for the success of these high-visibility engagements. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on complex project delivery and senior stakeholder management, with no direct reports.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream projects for large Enterprise customers
Establish and direct project governance, including facilitating steering committee meetings to report on progress, manage expectations, and mitigate risks
Develop and manage integrated project plans for large, multi-phase engagements, coordinating dependencies across multiple internal and customer teams
Partner with customer leadership to ensure project execution aligns with their stated business objectives and success criteria
Manage project-level risks, issues, and scope changes, ensuring a clear escalation path and proactive resolution
Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
Drive the adoption of established delivery methodologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of our best practices
Mentor and guide Engagement Managers and project team members, fostering their growth and ensuring delivery excellence
