Job Description:

My client is a Top Tier multinational law firm seeking a candidate to join their energy & infrastructure practice. Responsibilities involve cross-border matters, project development, financing, and M&A work for various sectors like oil, gas, and renewable energy.

Job Responsibility:

Working with investors, developers, energy companies, lenders and project owners
handling cross-border matters
focusing on oil & gas, renewable energy, power, and infrastructure projects
engaging in project development, financing, and M&A alongside international offices.

Requirements:

At least 5 years post qualification experience working in a team that focuses on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors
experience working with investors, developers, energy companies, lenders, and project owners on cross-border matters
familiarity with projects including oil & gas, renewable energy, power, social & public infrastructure
knowledge in project development, financing, and M&A
UK or Commonwealth (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa) legal qualification.

Nice to have:

Broadened experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors
experience with cross-border transactions.
