My client are a Top Tier multinational law firm who are looking to add to their market leading energy & infrastructure practice in London. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years post qualification experience working in a team that focuses on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working with various investors, developers, energy companies, lenders and project owners on an array of cross border matters which include oil & gas, renewable energy, power, social & public infrastructure projects in the UK and beyond
  • Project development, financing and M&A work alongside the firm’s various international offices

Requirements:

At least 5 years post qualification experience working in a team that focuses on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors
