Looking for a senior energy role with uncapped commission and flexibility? Gillespie Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing energy consultancy to recruit an experienced Senior Energy Consultant. Following continued expansion, this business is strengthening its senior energy sales team and offering a highly competitive package with genuine work-life balance. This role is ideal for an energy sales professional who understands the UK energy market, can manage the full sales cycle and consistently deliver results – without unnecessary micromanagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full energy sales cycle from initial contact to contract close
  • Advise commercial clients on energy contracts and energy solutions
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the energy market
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Work towards agreed revenue targets and performance KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Energy Consultant, Energy Consultant or Energy Broker
  • Strong knowledge of the UK energy market
  • Track record of success in energy sales and deal closure
  • Confident, consultative sales approach
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills

  • Up to £50,000 DOE + 20% commission
