This role is ideal for an energy sales professional who understands the UK energy market, can manage the full sales cycle and consistently deliver results – without unnecessary micromanagement.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full energy sales cycle from initial contact to contract close
Advise commercial clients on energy contracts and energy solutions
Identify and convert new business opportunities within the energy market
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Work towards agreed revenue targets and performance KPIs
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Energy Consultant, Energy Consultant or Energy Broker
Strong knowledge of the UK energy market
Track record of success in energy sales and deal closure
Confident, consultative sales approach
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
What we offer:
Up to £50,000 DOE + 20% commission
4-day working week option – achieve one of the daily KPIs (call time, 1 LOA or a closed deal) and enjoy Fridays off

Working hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday
