Job Responsibility

  • Advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including employee relations, restructures, tribunal and court disputes, settlement agreements, and employment support on corporate transactions
  • Gain exposure to TUPE, immigration, and pensions matters
  • Act predominantly for employers but occasionally advise senior executives and individuals
  • Work on complex, premium work for a diverse client base including household names, multinationals, and owner-managed businesses
  • Work across both contentious and non-contentious matters

Requirements

  • Mid Senior Level (3-7+ years) experience
  • Senior Level (5-10+ years) experience
  • PQE: 4-6 years, 7+ years, 10+ years
  • Strong technical expertise
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Confidence to manage client work independently
  • Strong academics
  • Commercial awareness
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
