Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join our growing, forward-thinking team at ESP Solicitors Limited, part of the WorkNest group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fully remote, flexible environment where you’ll deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base, including leading UK brands. You’ll enjoy real autonomy, supported by a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Advising clients via phone, email, and meetings
  • Managing a varied caseload, including Employment Tribunal matters
  • Drafting contracts, policies, handbooks, and settlement agreements
  • Delivering clear, commercial, and pragmatic legal advice
  • Supporting business development through articles, blogs, and training
  • Working collaboratively to meet client service standards and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Must be UK based
  • Qualified Employment Lawyer (LPC/BVC or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in employment law, including Tribunal work
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
  • Confident working independently in a remote environment
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Committed to delivering outstanding client service
